I grew up in the mountains, on a dirt road with a big loving family around me. I am a deep thinker with a sense of wonder and enthusiasm for life.

What is the essence of the idea? Why does it catch your interest? How is this relevant to our brand story? As a creative director, I help my team see the path forward and also find opportunities to stretch our creative muscle.
"What if" and "wouldn't it be cool" and the classic, "yes and"... these phrases are the soil of ideas. Good ideas are creative concepting. Brainstorming is a really fun part of the process for me. When it comes to the pitch, different ways an idea can be presented is familiar territory.
Most of my professional life has been twofold. Delivering best in class marketing content and finding, coaching, and growing creative people in a positive and productive environment.
For me, directing is about achieving a vision and enabling each person involved to do their best work.
I have an ear for answers that will make the final cut and know which threads to pursue during an interview.
I have edited my own projects over there years and also use this skill frequently in the development and concepting phase of a project.
It comes with the territory of managing a creative team for 12 years. I am vigilant in the details and creative on how to turn budget into assets.
